So far from the bamboo grove
The book is getting more interesting! The group of Yoko, Ko and mother gets into a problem in the train. The patients are sick and they dont have anything to eat so, Yoko's group gives them some food to eat. Yoko is learning more about life now and Ko and mother is helping her to adapt to the environment. Ko and mother is getting stressed but Yoko is too young to have this adventure. After meeting, Coporal Matsumura, Yoko is closer to him and she likes him better now. I hope they get into a better situation where they could get more food and water to live.

I reallly want to read this book.
Becasue my book is about korean's point of view, and The book So Far From the Bamboo Grove is a book from a Japanese point of View! ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ic man ... kool. its awesome how young yoko is learning how to help even though she is not experienced and tries to help in every way she can. nice explaining dawg!!. i wanna read this book now all because of you.. And japan is an interesting topic to me because i've never really concentrated on it and i'd like to do that soon. all cuz of u man hahaa. comment me too!

I thought that this book might be really boring when I first got the book. However as the story develops, it is becoming really interesting! Even sometimes Yoko seems like she’s acting young. However, if I were in her shoes? Don’t want to know about it! I would have given up long time ago. I think that Yoko is a strange character. In one part she is really small and little girl who’s afraid. However, in other part she is brave and tries her best to make things work out! I think that she is a great girl and this is a fun book. Maybe it is helpful sometimes to see in different nationality’s point of view!

You are very good in explaining the main character's plots. You explain as if the book is very significant to you. First, I thought the book would be rather boring however it is not like that when I hear your opinion.
